Even as he sought to pressure fellow Democrats, Burris signaled there were limits to his rebelliousness. "I'm not going to make a scene. I don't want to give you all a circus," he told reporters asking whether he intended to breach protocol by attempting to walk uninvited onto the Senate floor on Tuesday.

Temperatures are expected to slowly warm across Oklahoma beginning Tuesday.
According to the National Weather Service, daytime highs will approach seasonable levels, with a chance of rain lingering in southeastern areas of the state. By Wednesday, an Arctic airmass over the region will retreat and milder conditions are expected to overtake Oklahoma, forecasters said.
On Monday, skies were cloudy and temperatures ranged from 31 degrees in McAlester to 49 in Guymon. Daytime highs peaked at 34 degrees in Muskogee and Oklahoma City and reached 36 degrees in Guthrie, Hobart, Lawton and Tulsa, according to the weather service.
