  • Man in gorilla mask robs OKC doughnut shop
Police are looking for a man who robbed a Dunkin Donuts store wearing a gorilla mask and a University of Oklahoma hat.

The heist was caught on tape by surveillance cameras.

  • OKC man pleads guilty to murder of pregnant woman
A Oklahoma City man accused of killing the mother of his unborn child today left his fate in the hands of an Oklahoma County judge.

Eric Kennedy Phan pleaded guilty to two counts of first-degree murder.

Since Phan does not have a plea agreement with prosecutors, it will be up to District Judge Kenneth Watson to decide if the former Oklahoma Christian University student will be eligible for parole from his sentence of life in prison.

Life in prison or life without parole are the only possible punishments for Phan since prosecutors opted not to seek the death penalty in his case.

Phan will be sentenced Oct. 17.

    Phan, 21, was arrested Nov.
